We planned, produced, and directed the website for “TNGA,” a new platform in TOYOTA’s car-making. As in the main copy “TNGA — this is the framework of the future,” this site helps you understand Toyota’s new car-making platform. Toyota fundamentally rethought its car-making and, over three years, advanced not only the engine but the performance, size, and design of all parts. Reviewing all parts is, in truth, no simple matter: overcoming inter-department coordination — sometimes coordination close to quarrels — they carried out a reform aiming for freer design and more enjoyable driving, ultimately persuading and re-equipping even the on-site lines at factories. From a prologue video conveying the meaning and resolve of TNGA intuitively, to the top-page footage; from there a STORY (in drama form) conveying the passion with which employees worked on each fact — design, quietness and driving, safety; and “The 46 Things About TNGA,” which helps you understand TNGA further — we planned and produced it so that TNGA can be recognized and understood step by step.
