Listen carefully. Understand deeply.
Tell us everything — we want to hear it. We want to learn the history, and sometimes we’ll ask to see things firsthand. We research the situation and environment a company or brand is operating in, and work to deeply understand and empathize with what they care about. It starts with that posture of facing in, and staying close.

Share the purpose. Define the goal.
Once we’ve absorbed information like a sponge, we clarify the purpose and the goal. We pin down what needs to be done and why, and confirm it together with the client. That becomes our starting point — the unwavering axis. Everything mount inc. creates is grounded in that strong, well-defined intention.

Careful, sincere, no shortcuts.
We don’t see creative work as something that comes easily or finishes quickly. That’s exactly why we value the amount and depth of thinking that goes into it. We approach what’s in front of us sincerely, and treat the progress of a project itself as part of the design — moving forward smoothly and carefully.

We believe it’s people who make things. When a project calls for product designers or architects, we team up with them and build that circle. Together with professionals who share the defined vision, we lead the whole effort toward realizing it.

We don’t ignore even the smallest things that catch our attention. We eliminate ambiguity. Across every part of the project, we keep working at it persistently — adding, removing, changing — building it up piece by piece, polishing it, raising the precision.

A brand is a living thing. We’re not satisfied just to finish the work and hand it over. We take responsibility for ongoing maintenance, and constantly think about what more we can do. We never lose the attitude of proposing new ideas on our own and working together as true partners.
