Hiring Process

The people we hope to meet

  • People driven by a love of making.
We believe that passion always shows in the sheer volume of hands-on output.
  • People with the will to communicate.
Those who can speak their thoughts in their own words — we welcome them wholeheartedly.

STEP 01 | Document Screening

To apply, please start by emailing us.

  • Documents to submit

    • Résumé, work history, and a statement of motivation (what you expect from us and what you hope to achieve)
    • Portfolio
If you don’t have a portfolio, please prepare materials that show your past work — proposals, project results, personal creations, and so on. Any format is fine. We’d be glad to see whatever best conveys the care you’ve valued and the path you’ve walked.
  • Where to apply

    job@mount.jp

  • Notification of results

We contact only those who pass, with guidance on the next step, as a rule within one week of applying.

STEP 02 | First Interview

An interview with our managers.
Through your motivation, we want to take the time to hear what you expect from us and what you hope to achieve here — your feelings about joining.

  • Format

In person at our office (online consultation possible for those far away)

  • What to prepare

    • A critique of our work
(please share your honest opinions of what we have made)
    • A statement of motivation (what you expect from us and what you hope to achieve)
    • A self-introduction (personal pitch)

STEP 03 | Final Interview

The final selection, conducted by our executives and representative.

  • Format

Always held in person at our office.

  • What to prepare

    • Be ready to explain your “self-PR materials” to interviewers meeting you for the first time
(you will present your strengths and stance afresh).

Notes on the selection process

To deepen mutual understanding, we may hold a casual meeting, a second interview, or a practical skills assessment as needed.

Our goal isn't to make things for our own sake — it's to solve problems. We'd love to hear what's on your mind.
