The four characteristics of OLED in video and sound. An interactive expression that sparks interest in new technology.

This is the promotion site for KONICA MINOLTA’s new technology, OLED lighting. It appeals to the four characteristics of OLED lighting: “illuminates as a surface,” “bends,” “thin and light,” and “does not get hot.” On the top page, we built a mechanism that continuously plays 69 videos expressing the characteristics of OLED lighting and 56 sound phrases (divided into 3 tracks) for constructing the worldview, combining video and sound each at random, aiming to spark interest in the new technology. Also, while incorporating OLED lighting’s characteristics into the layout and movement, to soften the impression that tends to become difficult, we used a decorative typeface and gave both the English and Japanese versions a consistent tone. *This is a website that was previously made in Flash.
